I created these Petite Couture sessions many years ago, starting with my niece’s portraits.\u00a0 \u00a0And from then on, I was hooked.\u00a0 These sessions are created and styled by me, everything from doing their hair, basic makeup application and then what they wear.<\/h2>\n

Growing up in today’s world, as a mom with two teenagers and a soon to be tween (even though I have 3 boys), I truly think childhood is so much harder these days than when we were growing up.\u00a0 Don’t you think?\u00a0 The whole purpose of these sessions is to empower these young ladies, give them a few hours of pampering, catering to them and to truly show how beautiful they are.\u00a0 Creating a whole little world for JUST them, even if it’s only for a short time.<\/h2>\n

“God forbid love ever leave you empty-handed…”<\/p><\/div>\n

Even moreso these days.\u00a0 Everything with Covid, being cooped up in the house.\u00a0 Going only from your home and to\/from school.\u00a0 Many days, it can feel like we’re living in the movie “Groundhog Day”.\u00a0 So what better way to celebrate these young ladies than with a session created JUST for them, right?!<\/h2>\n

Meg and her mom came into my studio a couple of weeks ago.\u00a0 They were so open-minded and excited with what I had to offer her to wear.\u00a0 They were game for anything!\u00a0 What I had in mind, it fit her PERFECTLY and I couldn’t have asked for a better session.\u00a0 Meg was a complete natural in front of the camera.<\/h2>\n
