{"id":2179,"date":"2011-06-13T19:36:01","date_gmt":"2011-06-14T00:36:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teresasweetphotography.com\/blog\/?p=2179"},"modified":"2011-06-13T19:42:52","modified_gmt":"2011-06-14T00:42:52","slug":"ice-cream-cone-cupcakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teresasweetphotography.com\/blog\/ice-cream-cone-cupcakes\/","title":{"rendered":"Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With our oldest son&#8217;s 7th birthday coming up this weekend, I wanted to try a recipe that I&#8217;ve been eyeing for many months.\u00a0 I finally decided to test it out tonight and overall, it came out pretty darn good.\u00a0 Wish I could say that I came up with the recipe myself but no&#8230;I followed the Betty Crocker recipe for it but rather than putting the cones upside down, I just put the batter inside the cone and stood the cone inside of\u00a0a cupcake pan to keep them flat.\u00a0 The cones were a little chewy but not bad (it&#8217;s like that texture when it gets moist with ice cream so it wasn&#8217;t bad at all). \ud83d\ude09\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They definitely were a hit with my boys so I&#8217;ll be making a TON of them for the kiddos this coming weekend but with some added decorations to them.\u00a0 I have a lot of work ahead of me&#8230;.me and my bright ideas&#8230;.hahaha!
