What a beautiful couple S & R are…both inside and out. They were so sweet to work with and just so easy going. We could not have chosen a better night, weather wise, for their maternity session. After spending time with the two of them, I really looked forward to their newborn session (which will be blogged very shortly). 🙂

Mr M was wide awake at the beginning of the session but after a short time, he was such a sleepy little man. I enjoyed every minute of his session. I cannot wait to see him again! Here are a few of my favorites. Nothing beats the interaction and emotion of parents and their little ones.
Miss *A* came to me for her 1 year photos and for her Cake Smash. Her mom wanted pinks, creams and anything super girly so we ran with it! There’s nothing like lace, ruffles and lots of pink! 😉 Miss A was such a sweetheart and boy, did she get messy!! I LOVED IT!

For all my followers, I’m sure you recognize Miss R from her many previous photo sessions as she is a part of my Baby Plan. Miss R’s mom and I grew up in the same town and school system since middle school and high school. So it has been such a great year, spending time with her, catching up and photographing her beautiful little girl.

I’ve had this vision for my family portraits ever since I got married over 10 years ago. Even before we had children. Yes, I am somewhat of a planner, haha. 😉 But when my boys were finally old enough for this, I KNEW just how I wanted it. Everywhere from how the location would look like, what we would wear (although that was a struggle to get everything exactly how I wanted it) and more importantly….I knew EXACTLY who I wanted to photograph my family. My boys had SO much fun that day…even if my little one cried for about 30 minutes because he couldn’t ride the horses. haha But he warmed up to everything afterwards and had a blast!
Olivia, first…thank you for putting up with my fear of ticks. I know I spazzed a couple of times! 😉 But most important of all, thanks for being such an amazing friend and capturing this time in my family’s life. You are so much fun to watch when you work as it’s truly evident how much you love your job. You have a beautiful gift and I’m honored to have been a part of it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
